- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set at a fixed rate of $65.00 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum. What's included when you book with us: 1-2 organizers One space (i.e., closet, pantry, or room) Basic labeling Client Welcome Packet (includes the tools & resources that will be used on project day(s). Product recommendations & a pdf. guide provided (full shopping experience for an additional fee) Add on hourly until completion
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation: We offer a FREE 30-minute in-person or virtual consultation. During the consultation, we would like to learn more about you, your organizing goals, lifestyle, and daily habits so that we can incorporate our services to best suit you and your daily needs. Pricing & Products: Every client has different needs. After assessing your space, we may recommend purchasing organizational products. We understand that buying supplies can be expensive, but we aim to maximize your budget. We can handle the shopping for you (for an additional price), ensuring all expenses are discussed and approved in advance. Booking: You can book through Thumbtack or on our website, and we will coordinate a convenient date and time for your appointment that works best with your schedule! A small deposit is required to hold the date, which will be credited toward our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In addition, I have attended workshops and seminars that provided targeted knowledge and skills in organizing principles, time management, and space planning.
