Private Chef Rosario served me dinner and dessert. Her ingredients were very fresh which, along with her personal enhancements, caused the dishes to be very delicious. Her skill set in the kitchen is broad, and in exercising those skills appropriately, she maintained a professional work environment and professional attitude. The timing between her cooking and serving both dishes was neither rushed or too slow. The whole chef experience was A++ and I would love for Chef Rosario to cook for me again!

Chef Rosario created a "WOW" factor for me and my wife.
I loved the way she carefully described what she was going to prepare, questioned us about any preferences or dislikes when it came to seasoning, and engaged us in our thoughts during and after the meal.
She did a great job plating her courses and I was able to get some really nice pictures of her work.
It's a memory we will surely treasure.
