A proud South Florida native, my culinary style is deeply influenced by my West African, French, and Caribbean heritage. With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I’ve traveled the world refining my skills and mastering a wide range of global cuisines and techniques. I’ve had the privilege of working in several notable kitchens, including Chef Marcus Samuelsson's iconic Red Rooster in Harlem, as well as playing a key role in opening its Miami counterpart, Red Rooster Overtown. Today, I passionately operate a luxury personal chef and catering business that brings the refined experience of a 5-star restaurant into private homes, yachts, and jets—at competitive pricing. I specialize in creating custom menus tailored to individual tastes and dietary needs, ensuring every client receives a truly memorable culinary experience.
