- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is subject to change if customers are not clear about the items or the quantity of items. We offer discounts during holidays & also discounts for our Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is super simple and straightforward. We offer same day pickups, so our dispatch team will respond immediately asking about your availability. You can request a crew ASAP or a date that’s most convenient to your schedule. My guys call you 1 hour prior to arrival (unless you request otherwise). They Load everything up, they sweep and blow out area when completed, you put your stamp of approval, pay for the job & your items are hauled off. 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has excellent training in all machinery, tools, equipment & most hold class A CDL or Class B licenses. We use excavators, forklifts, tow trucks, skid steers & powerful tools that require education & skillset for many jobs we offer to our customers.Most importantly we are all certified & trained in safety.
