- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather some basic information first. Then schedule an onsite inspection to understand the customer needs. We send them an estimate based on their needs and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Business Management from the University of Zulia, Venezuela. Although I’m not able to work in my field at this moment, this knowledge has prepared me to find creative ways in the craft of painting. It has also helped me solve unexpected situations that happen when working on projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this line of work 4 years ago by helping a friend paint a house and have been working on perfecting my skill ever since!
