Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with a free consultation, either over the phone or in person, where we discuss their specific cleaning needs and expectations. We then provide a detailed estimate based on the scope of work, frequency of cleaning, and any special requirements. Once the customer agrees, we schedule the service at a convenient time. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives fully equipped and performs the tasks as outlined, ensuring everything meets the client’s standards. After completion, we review the work with the customer and only request payment once they are fully satisfied.
