- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The estimate you get when making the reservation is the cost of your cleaning service, which may vary depending on your needs. And that with that estimate and the information you put in, I don't need to go to your house to give you a price. We will clean your house as if it were our own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The moment my client makes the reservation, I immediately review his request and respond to him. When the client responds to me, we agree on the date and time that works best for him to perform the service. We work based on the estimate that the application gave you, so we are not going to your house to give you an estimate with the information you entered is enough, so I need you to enter the correct information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is from the time that I have been doing this job since before I worked independently for cleaning companies. And the most important thing is to do things with desire, love and dedication
