Working with Matt to ensure I had the right person to clean my home after the issues I had with my previous cleaning service was beyond met! He sent Alla who listened to Matt on what I was so disappointed with my last cleaner. She confirmed my needs and spent a very long time making sure I got what I paid for and more. We did a pre walk through and post. I have 3 kitties who tend to have a lot a fur and she did an excellent job of cleaning all it up. Thank you Matt and Alla for everything! I called this company a bit last minute to clean my house...it was in need of a pretty deep cleaning, been a while. The owner, Matt, who answered the call asked me detailed questions about what I needed and then customized a cleaning plan for me. The maid arrived on time and was super friendly. She went straight to work and completely transformed my home...I was blown away. Highly recommend this service, I'll be using them monthly to maintain my home.

MaidThis, Matt and Gabrielle are incredible. Matt was quick to respond and clarify my needs and what I was looking for. Gabrielle did an amazing job making sure I was satisfied with her work. She was on time and very thorough and extremely pleasant. Will be having them come back regularly!

I had a good experience using MaidThis. I called on a Tuesday and they were able to slot me in on a Wednesday at my preferred time. The price was very reasonable and communication was excellent. The whole booking process took around 5 minutes to do over the phone. The cleaner asking to do a walk through at the end was a nice touch, although she didn't miss anything. Very professional cleaning service company, need a last min cleaning for our airbnb and called MaidThis and they did an amazing job and we were able to turn one time cleaning into a regular airbnb turnover with MaidThis. Oh they also have turnover report and portal which allowed all hosts to review turnovers and damages.
