- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in working directly with our customers to provide discounts based on the condition of the home and the details of the clean requested. If the condition of the home or the clean request requires more discovery, we do free in-home estimates to ensure our customers get the right clean for the right price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide general quote estimates based on the size of the home and the ask of our customers. To ensure we are not overpromising or even assuming anything, we call our customer to get further details of the cleaning needs that include what our customers want us to pay attention to, how do our customers want to enter, are there any special projects we need to tackle and more. We even share what we can and can't do to be transparent and align expectations. If further discovery is needed, we do free in-home estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owners, we went through a detailed training on every aspect of our business and our cleaners and team leads also go through both in-office and on the job training.
