- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your questions should be directed to know when we are available to perform your service. You should also know that our first service will be a deep cleaning and then you can proceed to a regular service, maintenance. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive the reservation from my client, I review his request and respond immediately. When the client responds, we agree on a date and time that works for him and provide him with my services. We work based on the budget that the thumbtack gives them, so I don't need to visit you to give you a budget, since I have all the information that you provided when contacting me. For this reason, it is necessary that you enter the correct information and everything you need for the estimate to be real.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is based on my performance in companies that I was working for 1 year and 8 months. I believe that practice makes perfect as long as you do everything with love, efficiency and quality
