First of all I’ve never used this app before and I must say I’m happy I came across it. I got a phone call within minutes of entering my request. The representative ( I forgot his name..sorry) was very professional and enthusiastic in setting up my appointment. Peter was my point of contact and he was amazing. Our typical process goes from either calling us or getting a quote from our website. From there we book them onto our scheduling software which will give the customers notifications reminding them of cleaning and when the cleaners are on the way.
