Johnny and his team have been out multiple times over the past couple of months. The flooring quality and the workmanship have been excellent. The prices are extremely competitive. They can become busy at times but are always willing to work around your schedule to accommodate you. I highly recommend them. Looking forward to having them come back to put some finishing touches on my stairs.

I give 5 stars for quality of work and getting the work done in timely manner. DPS installed engineered hardwood in one of the rooms and it looks really nice now. They took some time to scheduled the installation, but got the work done as promised. Price was slightly higher to other quotes which I received from other contractors. Overall experience was good from start to finish.

Where do I start? At first, I had my doubts about Johnny when he changed my installation date, but we worked it out. Then it was my turn to change the date, and Johnny really worked with my schedule. After we agreed on a date, the team showed up on time, laid my floors, and cleaned up. Although they had to return after getting additional materials, they made sure everything was done correctly and all in a day. I love my floors and would highly recommend DPS Flooring and Home Remodeling. I got a total of four estimates, and Johnny came through with a reasonable price. Wow! Just one of the many positive words to describe how great our new floor looks. Great job DPS Flooring. We were nervous about getting new flooring in our entire home. The owner Johnny and his daughter Delaney came over to give us an estimate. They answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. It was an easy choice to go with DPS! Johnny was involved every step of the way. His coworkers: Mike, Ty and Chris are great craftsman as well. Besides being professionals, they respected our home, have great communication skills and were just plain fun to be around. Their workmanship is unbelievable; a great team! We are not the least expensive but we are not the most expensive for the experience and with us being a general contractor our pricing is amazing and very competitive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client onsite and discuss project if price works in budget we write contract up onsite take deposits and project gets scheduled immediately with our first open dates to start
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an abundance of training we are a licensed general contractor company and very educated and knowledgeable in our grill
