Great work! Ivan is a fantastic handyman. He installed 5 curtain rails, 3 smoke detectors, a smart doorbell, 2 motion detecting lights and fixed a loose tile for me in record time. He was punctual, efficient, cleaned up after his work and very professional. I will definitely be using him again.

We contacted Ivan 9pm the night before and he was ready to come first thing the next morning. He came in quick and ready to work! He put our gutters back up with brackets and mounted a very heavy mirror for us as well as the patio lights next to the door. It required extensive electrical work which he was able to do but would require removal of siding and we opted out of that for now and just will use rechargeable lightbulbs until we’re ready for electrical undertaking. He was very polite and had the ability to do almost everything we inquired about. He’s able to do a multitude of things and that’s exactly what we need!

I input my request to have a TV stand assembled within 48 hours yesterday a Friday night. Shortly after, Ivan text that he can arrive 8:30am next morning. He gave me a good quote. 10 minutes later I received 2 other quotes 1 was 30% higher and other 40% higher than Ivan’s quote. After I said I hired someone else, 1 company asks me how much was I getting it assembled for and I told him. He sounded shocked at the price lol. Ivan came did the work professionally and fast within an hour. I will use him in the future. I told him his construction hat photo made me choose him because I felt he was more authentic. I was right and glad I chose his services.
