I had an excellent experience with Luis & his team. In a period of about 5 weeks, he installed New Hardy Plank siding and trim. Complete exterior paint. He also installed several new vinyl replacement windows and a new front door. Like a lot of people, I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors. Prior to starting any work, I checked all of Luis Credentials, insurance, etc. Luis gave me a fair estimate, so decided to use him. he and his guys are very hard workers....they come early and stay late to get the job done. He even worked Saturdays. Our communication was excellent, he is very easy to deal with. As I made progress payments, he would text me updates on my bill. We had a couple change orders and he was very fair. The end result, the siding, paintwork, and all installs were done professionally, and I was very Happy. There was some painting that needed touch up, Luis sent his guy right back, the next day to finish. I will use Luis again...Good company...!

I hired Luis to install siding on my town home which fell off during Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately, the siding on my house has been discontinued. I gathered up the pieces that fell off and luckily my association had a few pieces left over. Luis put the siding back on the house and discovered that the few pieces from the association were not the same either. He was able to make it work, and I am pleased with the results. He is a diligent worker and will make sure the customer is satisfied.
