- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are based upon the content and complexity of the project to be completed. From our experience, we understand there are no "one size fits all" quote per project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a project request, we will promptly schedule our technicians to arrive at the property (based upon customer convenience) for a thorough assessment and to provide the necessary repairs or installation. We do ask potential clients to be as detailed as possible when describing their project, as this will greatly allow us to provide a general estimate upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our certified technicians are insured and licensed with a minimum of 7 years active practice in their field of service.
