Green House Property was professional, respectful, and patient. The technician was on time and fixed the double tapped wires I needed fixed. I wasn’t sure I could pay the balance and they worked with me. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their work ethic!

David provided prompt, professional and excellent work! David was thorough, explained the process and assured he installed the electrical outlets exactly the way I wanted them! As a result I was able to hang my tvs with no cables showing!! I included one photo of one of the tv outlets I used that David expertly installed!

This was my first time actually using Thumbtack, I had downloaded the App a while back but I was really on the fence with using it. I’m really glad I pulled the trigger with this service today. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding Service David @ GreenHouse Property Improvements provided us with today. Communication seems to be a lost art these days however David gave me a direct courtesy call let me know his ETA and arranged to be here earlier than our expected later afternoon appointment which was great! Very professional, very knowledgeable and 5 Star Skills and workmanship. I will most definitely be using GreenHouse in the Future. Work completed tied in 220 electrical feed for built in Stove and Cooktop for kitchen Island.

Our quotes are based upon the content and complexity of the project to be completed. From our experience, we understand there are no "one size fits all" quote per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a project request, we will promptly schedule our technicians to arrive at the property (based upon customer convenience) for a thorough assessment and to provide the necessary repairs or installation. We do ask potential clients to be as detailed as possible when describing their project, as this will greatly allow us to provide a general estimate upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our certified technicians are insured and licensed with a minimum of 7 years active practice in their field of service.
