I scheduled an appointment with Mark on a weekend that he said was no problem. He did not bother to call or show up. When I sent him a message, he apologized and blamed it on being too busy, full plate, blah blah blah. He asked to reschedule, and I did and THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN! No call, no text, just a no show. You do not treat people this way. Find someone that cares, because this guy obviously does not. Action speak louder than words,Mark.
