Customer service is fantastic! Scheduling a fast and easy, the company was even able to get the technician to me for a same day service. He did a proper inception of our chimney, informed us of the next actions, and billed us half of what I was expecting.. Good to do business with an honest company!

What a great surprising shock… They actually came 15 minutes early and had already checked the top of the fireplace. They immediately came inside, laid down a big blanket and began to clean the inside of the fireplace and assured me it was ready to be used. Their price was incredible their service fast and I actually will have them come back and fix the fireplace to be even nicer aesthetically when I use it. ! I would highly recommend them
