- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**All Pricing Estimates are for our Digital Only Photo Booth. Please contact us for pricing on the Available Upgrades. Our Photo Booths include: * Unlimited number of sessions during your rental. * Customized Messages on your welcome screen and your photo strip. * Fun props to add to the party. * Digital Copies of prints, GIF's, & Video that your guests can share by text, email, & air drop for iPhones for easy sharing with everyone! You also receive a link to the entire digital gallery. * Photo Booth attendant to assist your guests with the Photo Booth. * Choice of backdrop, virtual backdrop, or have your beautiful venue be your backdrop. We do not currently offer a 360 or a mirror me photo booth. Additional discounts may be available for a weekday event. Our rates do not include local sales tax. Sales tax is based on the location of your event. Our booking fee is $300.00 and the balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we email you the agreement, we also set you up with access to our on-line "Event Manager". It is easy to log in at your convenience to reserve your date, & pay the booking fee. You can also make payments on the remaining balance anytime up to 2 weeks before your event. We will reach out to you around a month before your date with templates you can select from, or we can customize your photo graphics. You can also provide your own graphic or logo. Once it is created, we'll email you a proof to review and approve, or to make any changes. We are available to help with any questions. Always feel free to call or email us. We are happy to help! :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide photography, DJ, Cinematic Videos, and Photo Booths for many events including: weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events and promotions, reunions, schools, community parties, and much, much, more. It is easy to package any of these services together to save even more for your next event. Pre-planning is important to assure that your event is a success, and we offer both on-line planning and meeting before your event to go over the event and answer any questions you may have.
