- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not all pricing systems fix each individuals situation and requirements. Therefore, I will need to know the specifics of the case, what stage is the case and what the client requirements are before quoting a final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as flexible as possible when scheduling with a new client. Sometimes my office is not the most convenient location since the tri-county area I serve I very large. I am open to alternative locations. Prior to meeting a client, I explain my process so they will know what to expect and provide prior to our meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As attorneys, we must meet annual educational requirements. In addition, I update myself in those areas of law that are relevant to my practice areas.
