- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost to effectively defend your case will depend on a number of factors. The costs can be extremely affordable for traffic tickets but can become more expensive for higher level criminal cases. Regardless of the type, you will get a client-focused defense team on your side.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can get a free consultation over the phone where we can learn about your case and guide you through the process step-by-step. During this consultation we can discuss the best options for you moving forward to ensure a successful defense to your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former public defender and attorney in Tampa for the last 2 years, I have handled a hundreds of traffic, misdemeanor and felony cases. We have successfully defended cases in all of central and southern Florida. In order to have the best defense, you need an experienced attorney who knows the area in which the alleged offense occurred.
