- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Maison Marcellus LLC, we believe in providing clear, honest, and competitive pricing from the very start. Our goal is to offer you exceptional value without compromising on quality or service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we begin by setting up a consultation appointment to discuss their needs and vision for the project. During this meeting, we take the time to fully understand their requirements and preferences. Afterward, we provide a detailed quote—typically on the same day. In rare cases, if material pricing is not immediately available, we send the estimate as soon as possible. We encourage clients to ask questions and address any concerns before approving the estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project start date. A 50% deposit or the cost of materials (whichever is higher) is required to secure the job. Materials are then ordered promptly, and work begins as soon as everything is ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge to my work. I co-owned and operated a handyman and remodeling business in Colorado for 18 years, where I gained extensive expertise in construction tasks such as tiling, framing, hanging drywall, mudding, taping, painting, and texturing. This practical, on-the-job training has been invaluable in mastering the skills necessary for quality craftsmanship.
