Typical Process for Working with a New Client 1. **Initial Contact** - The client makes contact via phone, email or online form. 2. **Initial Consultation** - A conversation takes place to understand the client's specific needs and the type of service required. 3. **Custom Quote** - A quote is offered based on the information provided, considering the size of the space and the type of cleaning. 4. **Service Confirmation** - The client reviews and accepts the quote. A date and time for the service is agreed upon. The product to be used etc. 5. **Pre-Preparations** - Reminder sent to the client prior to the service date. - Confirmation of logistical details (access to the site, special requirements). 6. **Service Execution** - The cleaning team performs the work as agreed, maintaining communication with the client in case of any necessary adjustments. 7. **Review and Feedback** - Once the service is completed, the client's opinion is requested on the quality of the work performed. 8. **Follow-up** - Contact is maintained to offer future services or promotions, and to resolve any questions the client may have.
