Doctor Janitorial is a 21st century cleaning company. I work for student-housing apartment leasing office. So it’s REALLY important that our offices are clean when we meet students and parents. I’ve had plenty of interactions with outside vendors like cleaning companies. They are pretty normal and they do an okay job, but it’s like they are still living in the 1980s. First off, Friday is a young guy so he’s comfortable using technology. From bidding to managing cleaners and sending him photos of anything that was missed, it is really easy to work with Doctor Janitorial because you see everything that is going on from their app on your phone. DJ is great about that. Whenever there is a mistake, they fix it ASAP.

Friday was extremely professional and helpful and I really appreciate his attention to detail. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and that his company is way more than a mop and a bucket. His communication is amazing. He was always asking for feedback and if there was anything else I needed. Plus he’s also really fun to talk to! It was cool talking to him about personal development and entrepreneurship stuff. I’m glad I’m a client of his.
