Charles is meticulous in his workmanship and attention to detail. He truly believes in taking care of the customer ABOVE ALL ELSE. I have never had anyone spend the time he did to PROPERLY diagnose and repair my a/c issues. I would give him 10 stars (out of 5) if I could!

I called Charles for my friend, she was in a panic when she realized her air wasn't working on a Friday afternoon. She thought she had to wait until Monday & suffer thru the weekend sweating to death. So I looked up people to call on thumbtack, and he came out that day in the evening and said he wasn't leaving until he got her air working again. She was so worried about it all and said how wonderful he was. He found & took care of her problem right away & was reasonably priced. She was so afraid someone would take advantage of a single woman that lived alone, but he expained everything he did and why and was thorough about getting g the job done. I will keep your number and call when I need ac repair because my friend couldn't say enough about how great full she was for him. Thank you, Charles for being a godsend to my friend!
