He was very responsive and on time each day. He barely took a break and just worked hard. Only critique is I had to point out to him areas where grout was missing instead of him noticing it. Also he didn't do a great job of prep and cleanup. He didn't lay out any protection at all so there were grout smudges on my cabinets and counters and walls that I cleaned up and also dust and dirt on the floor. Overall experience was good though.
