Hello from PulleySystems Events and Service, we are a family owned business that can offer all needed services including Event Coordinating, Event Decorating, Wait staff, Bartending, Hair/Makeup, and Wedding Cake Creating. We are a one stop shop that is efficient, hardworking and will make your event amazing! Our core team consists of my husband, Hugh and I, Marissa. We have been making weddings and different events spectacular since we moved here from the Midwest about 6 years ago. We have over 15 years of bartending and service experience. We are very proficient and professional, and we do our best to go above and beyond our clients expectations.

The service was AMAZING!🤩 There is not enough space here to tell everyone, how professional, efficient and punctual (Pulleysystems Events and Service) and her staff were. I will definitely hire this vendor again. Thank you to her husband, Hugh, who also helped out at the entrance as the party crowd grew larger. I really appreciate you. After the party, the staff cleaned and secured all the food and picked up trash at the party. I am truly satisfied. Thank you, Hugh & Marissa!

Marissa and her team did such a wonderful job. We hired them to have some assistance during a memorial party. They arrived on time, we’re extremely professional, and helped our party of about 150 people run so smoothly. The experience hiring them through thumbtack was extremely convenient and they were very responsive during scheduling. Thank you again for all your hard work and kindness.

Marissa was a life saver on our wedding day. We had a few vendors that were hard to contact and she handled getting in touch with them. Our reception was off site with a short set up time and the tables showed up an hour late and she got everyone organized and got everything ready in no time. I didn’t find out about any of it until a few days later! She also made sure we had nothing to stress about all evening. And she joined us in singing karaoke at the end of the night and was a hit! Honestly, we were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator but if we hadn’t I would have been a mess all day. She made it so we could just enjoy our wedding. She made our party a blast!

We hired Marissa to do our day of coordinating for our wedding! Let me tell you, she is a hidden GEM. She was so responsive and easy to get ahold of, even prior to starting to work my event. I had a few bumps in the road while hiring someone and she helped me solve it without hesitation! She even met with me at my venue about a week before the wedding to ensure that MY vision was brought to life. She came to the rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding, helped us walk through everything and made sure that everyone was on the same page for our big day! She arrived SUPER early to our venue the day of to make sure she was there for absolutely anything we needed. She coordinated ALL of the decorating, catering, photography, mobile bar, DJ and much much more. We had a few things change due to the timing of mobile bar arriving and setting up. Marissa SAVED the day on the fly by adjusting our schedule and making everything go so smoothly even with the changes. She made sure we were all having a good time, drink in hand, the whole night. She even stayed behind to help us clean up. She is AMAZING!! Such a sweet and attentive person. I would totally recommend her to any one that needs the services she provides. Complete 5 star experience and value! I cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day so beautiful and special! We LOVED her ❣️
