Me and my husband have a very large tank that holds 3 big plecos. I couldn’t get to the bottom of the tank to clean it and was starting to look ichy. I was worried my plecos would die because I’ve had them for so long and the tank was starting to go. Luckily Eddie contacted me and said he would be up for the job. He checks in once a month and makes sure everything is clean. Thank you Eddie!

I reached out to Eddie because I couldn’t control the algae problem in my 40 gallon freshwater tank. My entire tank was green at one point, I didn’t even know if the fish were alive! I sent Eddie I few pictures and later in the week he arrived. Fixed my algae issue and explained to me why It was growing so quickly. It’s been a couple of months since his first visit and I haven’t seen any algae since. Really did a great job and is a kind young man

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first visit is going to be a non negotiable fee. After the tank is in an acceptable condition, I offer monthly check ups which include water changes, filter changes, and replanting (if you have live plants)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know the main point of interest, what is the client having trouble with. This will be done over the phone. Once I have a better understanding of the situation. I will arrive to residence with proper tools to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aquariums and fish care has been a hobby of mine ever since I was 10. I’ve seen pretty much everything, no tank is to far gone if the fish are still breathing.
