It was emergency refrigerator repair. It happened on the weekend. Called around, and the first available appointment was available online on Wednesday. Perfect Appliance Repair was available to squeeze the schedule and technician knocked the door in less than two hours. Wow and in about next hour and a half my Sub Zero refrigerator was back to normal. Thank you Perfect Appliance Repair!

My mom called and got Tony as a tech and could not call me fast enough to write a review on him. He was fantastic , friendly, cleaned up after himself and went above and beyond. She had called another company and they miss diagnosed her fridge, when she called Tony was able to test the part and see it worked, found the broken part and even cleaned hrr coils. Best part was they cost less than the other company by almost half!!!Thank you Tony so much!!! She will be sending referrals to perfect appliance all over the neighborhood

We had a great experience with Perfect Appliance Repair. Tony was recommended by a neighbor who had used his services and he delivered for us as well. He was prompt and polite. He came on the day we called to assess our situation and needed to order parts. When only one of two parts was delivered, he called us to let us know the situation and that he would not be there for the follow up as planned which we appreciated. The second part came the next day and so did Tony!! Highly recommend!
