The technician that came was extremely polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and why to diagnose the problem with our Bosch dishwasher. After almost 45 minutes and various tests, he determined that no repairs were needed. We just need to run the hot water in the kitchen sink before turning on the dishwasher.
