Igor was a great worker who kept an open line of communication when making sure he had all the right pieces to complete the job. He showed up on time and was fast and skilled at the task at hand. Even when the job through a loophole he was very quick to assess the situation and handled it accordingly!

Had a washer/dryer that wasn't working. Yehor diagnosed the issue and it was damage from the floods. He said he could fix it so that it was working but suggested that it would be better to purchase a new washer/dryer because the fix would be expensive and with the flood damage, it may stop working again. He could have recommended the expensive repair but was honest about the situation.
