Ive been there since back when they were under old management. And let me tell it has been night and day since they moved under their new management. Kristina is amazing! She is responsive, friendly, and understanding. And honestly just nice to chat with! I was very sad to see them take over before I was leaving. Thank you all for your help while I was living there and as I was moving out. This was my first apartment in LA, and it will always hold a special place in my heart!

They are very responsive to questions and have gone out of their way to help out in whatever way they can. As a tenant, it's been refreshing to deal with management that actually cares.

Horrible customer service. The managers are lazy and dishonest. They left me with a water leak for weeks they love to act fake concern. They dont care about the tenants

This was a disappointing review for us to read. We have gone above and beyond with this tenant being super proactive and responsive without reply, offering several calls and information without response. We twice tried to fix the issue and she cancelled the appointment so we had to reschedule. We’ve had many conversations over the last 8 months to answer questions, provide support, etc. We hope she reconsiders this review as she talked to us after posting and apologized for missing the conversations and for misunderstanding the issues.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and have an average of 5/5 reviews for maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
