Introduction

My name is Cody and I am the owner of American Exterior Cleaning. All of my equipment is top of the line to make sure that your house looks pristine. My hot water pressure washer cuts through grime to ensure that the surface is cleaned. Pressure washing as well as soft-washing are my specialty’s. I regularly clean property’s between Tallahassee and Carrabelle Including residential and commercial work. I am Licensed and insured.

Although my family wasn’t able to see the work that American Exterior Cleaning could do,it’s the professionalism that attracted us.This young man was punctual and proficient ( I reached out and got an estimate that same day). Cody and his team were fantastic- we have a house that probably has not been power washed in 20 years and Cody did the best job- did I mention the driveway??? It looks brand new! Cody was very considerate of my fur baby Cooper and when he walked in the run off, Cody was concerned about the chemicals and insisted on washing his paws off! This young man has a bright future ahead of him.
