I mixed up my dates for my husbands birthday. Completely freaked out and frazzled. Chef Josh went above and beyond to make sure he could get my party going by finding an associate who could come on his behalf to get the party going in just 2 days. The food was delicious but the most important thing to me was he didn’t give up and just say “oh you messed up and now this cannot happen.” That meant a lot. He felt like a friend when I was going over the menu and making changes but he became a friend when he made my dinner happen even though I goofed up. Thank you chef. That meant more to me than you will know.

Josh was excellent. He catered a dinner for a group of 6 and was able to meet everyone's dietary needs (pregnant and vegetarian). The food was amazing and Josh was so kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend Josh!

We can say enough about what and incredible experience this was! Josh planned an asian/Thai meal for us that was so delicious! I have included pictures. This was for my sister’s birthday and I can not wait to have him back!! He is so easy to work with and this truly a pleasure!
