I hired Josh to cater my small wedding back in November 2024, and it was an amazing experience! Chef Chin is extremely professional and kind. I never had any issues with communication at any time, day or night, he responded relatively quickly. His staff was excellent as well. They were professional & polite, and really stayed on top of anything that was needed or requested. I absolutely recommend Josh Chin Catering for any event, in fact, he was so great, my sister has already booked him for her upcoming wedding as well! Saving the best for last, the food. My guests had GLOWING reviews on his food! We got the crying tiger beef, mashed potatoes and veggies. It was so delicious, I had guests going out of their way to tell me how yummy their food was. My husband still craves the dish to this day! Well done Josh Chin Catering!! It was a delight working with you and your staff and enjoying your food! My family will definitely be keeping you in mind for other future events and recommend you highly. Thank you!!

Chef Josh and team cooked for 2 events we had (both dinner). The presentation, the food quality, quantity, were so supreme! The food was DELICIOUS and we had so many guest come to us asking about this wonderful chef! Chef Josh was helpful in helping me decide on menus, as I was not exactly sure what I wanted for the second night. He nailed it! I had high expectations for the dinners for our events, and Chef Josh more than exceeded them. We will be contacting Chef Josh the next time we are in the PCB area. We must have another meal! I urge anyone reading this to do the same!

I mixed up my dates for my husbands birthday. Completely freaked out and frazzled. Chef Josh went above and beyond to make sure he could get my party going by finding an associate who could come on his behalf to get the party going in just 2 days. The food was delicious but the most important thing to me was he didn’t give up and just say “oh you messed up and now this cannot happen.” That meant a lot. He felt like a friend when I was going over the menu and making changes but he became a friend when he made my dinner happen even though I goofed up. Thank you chef. That meant more to me than you will know.
