- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple, we come to an agreement based on your needs and NEVER add on for travel, second floor setups, etc. I can take credit cards or cash.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
98% of my work is ceremony and reception music. I even go to rehearsal when possible because it's another area that brides need help with.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Listen to how they communicate with you. If they're doing all the talking, about themselves, run.
