- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most clients will pay $75 no matter the duration of the repair with few exceptions . Custom requests are priced based on complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Listen - so I know what the customer is experiencing 2. Assess or diagnose the issue and suggest the best solution 3. Do the repair as quickly as possible, many times same day turnaround.
