Nick was fantastic and the annual membership is an exceptional value that offers peace of mind and expert service. We received a few estimates to accommodate our finances and we were able to schedule seamlessly online. Nick was communicative and prompt. He was friendly yet efficient in getting the task completed. Our dryer vent was installed and Nick was sure to clean up afterwards, which was amazing! I highly recommend Tadlock for your HVAC needs.

I had an amazing experience with this HVAC company! Locally owned by a born and raised Tallahassee native. The owner and service technician went above and beyond to provide quick response time and exceptional service. As a new mom, I was worried about my newborn's comfort during the hot summer months, but the technician was able to get to my home ASAP and fix the issue. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service!!!! I will use them again

$99 for membership that includes $0 diagnostic service ($85 Value), 10% off all invoices, Priority Service, Complimentary Tune-ups. Discount available for Non-Members who book a diagnostic service online.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointments booked You get notified when the technician is 25-30 minutes away Technician shows up during scheduled arrival time Technician does a thorough visit Presents you with options Once quote has been signed, we will perform any approved repairs or installations on site if it takes truck stock items. Warranty parts may need to be ordered or picked up from local supply house. PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE.
