- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our pricing competitive. As a small business owner with a young family, I understand the importance of saving money, which is why we offer custom discounts throughout the year. With our Franklin Family Plans, you can save year-round on any extra services you may need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we require the diagnostic fee to be paid upfront. You can reach us by calling, texting, or scheduling an appointment online. Our office will contact you to gather more information and discuss the best scheduling options. Once the diagnostic fee is received, we will add you to Johnny's schedule. After that, you will receive a text with the date and time of your appointment. Additionally, when Johnny is on his way, someone from the office will provide a 30-45 minute heads-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Johnny has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has worked with all the major companies in the Tallahassee area. When we decided to start our own business, he took the state test, and we continued to meet the required continuing education and more. Jodi does a great job of keeping our company updated on the latest training opportunities and informed about new technologies that are emerging.
