My name is Erin Mahon, an IFBB Pro with over six years of experience competing and a passion for fitness that started when I first stepped into the gym at 17!
I’ve worked with 100+ women and men to help them build sustainable habits/a sustainable routine, continue to find and grow their confidence, and being able to help them achieve results in a healthy and manageable way!
With nearly a decade of dedication under my belt, I’ve not only transformed my own life through training and building consistent habits, but have made it my mission to help others do the same over the last 3 years when I first started coaching!
