Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a virtual personal trainer. I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years. I have my certification through American College of Sports Medicine and my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
My niche is active older adults and those looking to lose weight. I've worked with individuals who have had knee replacement, hip replacement, spinal fusion, pre diabetic, those with pacemakers, cancer, dementia and organ transplants.
