What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases for accounting work we like to work on a fixed price per month so that the customer knows his cost and does not have to worry about hours gone out of control. For additional projects or other requests of the client we will gladly work out something that works for all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the beginning we will want to learn about your business and about what your goals and desires from it are. After talking to you e will set a price for the first month which may be adjusted in the future based on the actual work load and also the growth rate of the company
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a business major in college and went to work at a CPA firm. Went to graduate school to get an MBA and then finished up my CPA experience, passed the exam and got my CPA. I then worked in numerous entrepreneurial situations as either President, CFO, or in some accounting or operations function for the next 20 years.
