- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 an hour for both of us ($50 an hour for each person) All of our services include up to 30 minutes of travel time, any additional travel time is billed at $50 an hour. If a client needs us on regular schedule (once a week, twice a month) we can always work a discount price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen! Very important! From there we create a concrete vision of what is going to get done, and develop a plan of work. We create a goal together and we will accomplish that goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have Psychology backgrounds with bachelor's degrees, that help us a lot in understanding a person's block to decluttering; since most of the times clutter is emotional in essence. Knowing how to really listen and empathy is fundamental in this field. Beyond that we have more than 20 years of experience in organization in homes, retail and offices.
