We offer turnkey contracts except when scope or extent of damages is not clear then time and materials cost plus.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet every customer on site to define the project. If a handshake works great if not a written proposal is emailed within two working days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 27 years of experience in construction and got the highest score in the history of the state on the contractors exam. Ironically this is probably be cause I was previously a CPA.
