- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we give all upfront honest pricing no bait and switch we don’t tell you a super low price then change the price once we get to your home we only charge extra for scotch guard deodorizer/sanitizer pet odor /Stain removal deep cleaning is included and pre treatment of carpets and /or upholstery
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to do a estimate prior to starting any job to give the customer and exact price and also do a walk through where the customer can point out any areas of concern this is the time we get to learn what the customer wants and needs are also what their expectations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband has certified IICRC in Carpet Upholstery and Tile and grout cleaning Water damage restoration and 20 years of work experience
