- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive. We run several promotions throughout the year so there are plenty of opportunities to grab a discount! Bundled services come with a bundled reduced rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect with the customer (call, email, instant messenger, text) and we obtain all of the details of the services and property, we provide our pricing and options as well as availability. In most instances we're able to accommodate our customers' preferences without any issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner/operator I've been in this field of work for over 20+ years. It's been my chief vocation. I stay current on methods and products by continuing my education and research. My wife has over 20+ years of customer service and administration and helps to manage our scheduling and account management.
