Hello, my name is Tracey Aldrich, and I have a mad passion for helping people make their job easier. In over 30 years of working with business owners, I have found that they often take on too many roles in the company and are spread so thin that bookkeeping takes a back seat to other priorities. Unfortunately, this frequently results in mismanaged books, unnecessary expenses, a false sense of profit if there is money in the bank, and continual stress to catch up on finances for tax deadlines and banks. If this is your situation, do not worry; I love a challenge. I find it exciting to help my clients turn what may seem like chaos into clean books and numbers they can trust. By streamlining the bookkeeping, I also can save them an average of 60 hours per year—time that can be put into growing a business. Tracey Aldrich, is a person you can trust! She is extremely intelligent in her field and helped me clean up what I had on my books. She gave me advice on the right way to do things and has been there for me in these few weeks of just getting to know her. My pricing is on a case by case basis. I like to talk with my clients to see what their needs are, then I take a look at their books and give them a proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree on a price, I like to ask questions to make sure we are on the same page. Then I get to work.
