Rob replaced multiple outlets and light fixtures at half the going rate of local any electrician!
We had a switch that was working he took the time to check it out to ensure it wasn't a fire hazard... it turned out it was wired wrong and we were lucky it didn't spark up!
He showed us and explained what exactly was wrong and why it was a hazard, not trying to dumb us down or trick us into more work.
He re wired it correctly for a low cost since he was already doing work!
He is also very knowledgeable about all things construction and we plan to use him on some other handy man type projects to come!

Terrible work could’ve done myself for the price paid - had to start over multiple times and tried to hand me off complete crap work saying he can fill the holes with wood filler because he put the desk on wrong 😑 had to have him redo as it looked raggedy

Absolutely unprepared and unprofessional. We recommend you utilize the services of a contractor not within the thumbtack community. This is #2 from thumbtack that is highly disappointing.
The contractor responded and called the customer dishonest therefore and reluctantly, here is the entire incident. You arrived at our home to complete a total inspection of the job. However, you failed to obtain the proper measurements and a total list of what was needed to do the job. You assumed the blind customer, who you never even asked, if the customer had any of the material. Therefore, you had to come back to the project site and obtain what you should have obtained on your first visit. You then scheduled an installation date #1 and then cancelled on that day and asked if you could do it ( 2nd installation date) on the upcoming Saturday between 11am-12pm in which the customer graciously agreed. You then called the customer late at 12:17pm on the 2nd installation day of Saturday, and stated that you still did not have all the appropriate material for the job in which you had plenty of time and site visits to obtain. In closing, we do never said we did not like thumbtack, we said we have not had the best of luck and disappointments on two of their contractors. All these notes are documented by thumbtack in the profile of this specific job.
