- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to the customer directly if possible to make sure we're getting exactly what they want done. Then an interactive estimate is performed with the customer so they can ask any questions they may have about the service as well as suggestions for what they may want done in the future. All documentation will be emailed to the customer for tracking purposes and we are available to discuss any needs or concerns that may arise any time of day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously worked for 2 very different pressure washing companies before starting my own company. I took notes, observed how the two companies operated, similarities and differences to optimize my pressure washing process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of customers doing all sorts of jobs. Customer service is the most important part of the job.
