This company deserves to be called F-MINUS MOVING. Trust me, you can find a much better mover! I specifically told them I needed an expensive $800+ table taken apart into two pieces for the move, even showed them pictures of the bolts that needed to be removed so they could bring the tools. The owner Joe assured me he had moved many of these tables and I was in good hands. Instead, they decided to lift the 191 lb table without disassembling it, which resulted in significant damage. They hit the bottom of the table on a stair at the pickup location, and then flipped it upside down and transported it on its delicate surface. Upon arriving at the destination, they awkwardly maneuvered the table on its side to fit through a single door. Now, the table has hairline cracks on the top, scuffs along the sides, gouges, and missing pieces of its finish—it’s a complete disaster! When I raised my concerns, the mover claimed that since I didn’t have a contract and had moved the table just three feet into my house, he wasn’t responsible for any damage and suggested that I must have done it myself. This was a straightforward move, and their negligence is unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere!

Ok I have read all your negative comments and saw your videos. Here is the issue: you're not being 100% honest of how it was handled. Also, please let it be known you paid 150.00 on the marketplace for the table and sold me a sob story to pick it up, drive it 20 miles, and deliver it for 125 dollars. You lied about any damage you claim happened on my watch by saying you took videos and pics before you moved it into your house. Also, before I delivered it, we spoke on the phone and discussed the chip on the base I was responsible for on the loading end. I asked you if you wanted me to take it home and repair it, or I could take some money off the delivery fee. You opted to take money off, so I discounted it 25 dollars for you. Making you total 100 dollars. I have the video and pics you sent me showing the damage after you and whoever else moved it into your home. I never denied anything. All I said was you should have contacted me before you touched it. Fully knowing I live 5 minutes from your location so I could have inspected the table to confirm your claim. I have been in this industry for over 30 years and have at least 100 personal references that will all tell you I am an elite mover. As far as the insurance claim. I informed you it is 60 cents per pound per artical So the total amount you due for your claim is 114.60 minus the 25 I already discounted you so if you would like to settle this matter I will compensate you 89.60 if that will satisfy your claims. Thank you, Joseph Allegretto
