- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of ways a garage door can fail, and sometimes it's impossible to price them site unseen. In those cases, we offer a free, no obligation estimate, 7 days a week!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client usually reaches out to us via phone or website. Once the client reaches out, we set an appointment to perform the repairs or give a free onsite estimate if requested. We offer a very low stress, friendly service that puts our clients firmly in control of the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the garage door industry for 16 years. As an installation and repair technician, virtually all of my training was on the job. My on the job experience allowed me to train over 50 installation and repair technicians. All of our current technicians are required to have a minimum of 3 years experience and pass background checks before starting employment.
